This was my first wedding at Kingston Estate and I fell in love with it straight away. This venue is insanely beautiful, it has the most beautiful gardens and just check out their white bridal suite. I was in heaven!
Alex and Laura had their wedding in a sweet little church down the road and came back for their reception with champagne and canapes in the courtyard, the sun was shining and there was so many adorable children. Laura eventually had them all blowing bubbles around her which made some cute pictures. After dinner and the speeches there was a good opportunity to whisk the couple to enjoy the gardens nearing sunset, which is just my favourite part of a wedding.
A truly memorable day, congratulations Laura and Alex. I cannot wait to return to this beautiful venue!
WIDE ANGLE SHOT OF KINGSTON ESTATE WITH A NEWLY WED COUPLE AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS.
I met this two after finding their advert in Plymouth College of Art and was so happy they decided to ask me to capture their beautiful wedding day in Tavistock. The weather had been a little unpredictable in the run up but the sun managed to stay out for most of the day. They were married in the epic St Eustachius Church which followed into a reception at the Town Hall. For my first Tavistock wedding, I was not disappointed the town has the most amazing buildings which really shows the character of this little town.
With ice creams, bow ties, two wedding dresses and a beautiful couple sunset shoot on the moors, Esther and Tariq, it has been an absolute pleasure to have met you both.
Here are some memories from your perfect little town wedding…

Stover is one of the cutest finds I have found in my time in Devon, this place is literally beautiful whatever the weather. Paige and Conner who are recently engaged live close by so it was a no brainer to take a walk and get to know them a little better. I love to find out about my couples, what their hobbies and interests are and if we have anything in common…and it turns out Paige and I share the same Birthday!
A shoot mixed with tall trees, cute animals and a beautiful couple it was always going to be a winner! Here are some of the best of our sunny little afternoon.
Saltram is the sweetest location for a pre wedding shoot, it is so versatile with it’s greenery and beautiful estuary it was a no brainer that my first wedding couple of the year chose it for their first photography session with me. These guys are such a playful, down to earth couple and although a bit apprehensive about the photoshoot, throughout the shoot they quickly adapted to being photographed and became at ease and let their personalities show. I learned that Tariq loves to play Tarzan and Esther has a love for sausage dogs so it was a lovely moment when a little sausage dog turned up for a picture, cutie!
Here are the beautiful Esther and Tariq, not long now until your wedding day and I cannot wait!
I met Kayleigh and Jack at the beginning of the year when I decided wedding photography was definately for me but I had no couple images to share with my future clients. Luckily there were four couples that believed in my small portfolio and helped kick start my imagery and these guys were one of those couples, they hold a special place in my photography heart.
Almost a year later they have booked me for their wedding and I could not be more honoured to capture their beautiful day. I still can’t quite believe it when couples want to book me because of my natural style and I was just so excited to get out with this couple again after learning so much more techinally and compositionally!
Here is the gorgeous Kayleigh and Jack at sunset at the beautiful devon reservoir Burrator, if you haven’t been its definately worth a visit!
Here is another wedding from the beginning of the autumn of Chloe and Mike’s beautiful day in this stunning 17th century barn conversion Hayne, with perfect autumn sunshine and bohemian florals this really was one to capture!
Warning! Detail heavy!
This next autumn wedding took place at the couple’s own cottage in Devon which backed onto some glorious farmland which was obviously the perfect location for a reception. The styling for this wedding was just amazing so it was really hard to stop taking detail pictures constantly! I am really starting to appreciate just how lucky I am to be living in what I believe to be the best and most versatile parts of the country with such amazing landscapes and venues to capture.
So here is Becky and Adam’s beautiful sunny autumn wedding that was literally just on their doorstep…enjoy!
